5. Content and Challenges

User Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, and other content you post to Challngr. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App and challenge functionality.

Challenge Participation

When participating in challenges:

• You participate at your own risk
• You are responsible for ensuring challenges are safe and legal
• Photo and video submissions must be appropriate and not violate others' rights
• We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from challenges
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Challngr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Challngr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Challngr and its affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Challngr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
